About & Approach
BNG ELDA Engineering & Marketing is a boutique engineering company working at the intersection of nonwoven production lines, smart robotics and industrial air filtration.
We deliberately keep our customer base small and focused, so we can invest serious time and thinking into each project.
About BNG ELDA
BNG ELDA is not a catalogue trader or a mass-market distributor.
We act as a selective engineering partner for manufacturers who want to build, upgrade or stabilise complex production systems.
Our work typically involves:
-
Nonwoven investments – spunbond, spunmelt (SMS/SMMS/SSMMS) and meltblown lines
-
SmartCam & robotics – camera-based automation for welding, cutting and CNC
-
Industrial air filtration & process air – engineered clean-air concepts for demanding processes
-
Process and feasibility engineering – translating ideas and targets into realistic layouts and numbers
We operate at a level where both technical depth and business implications matter.
Our customers expect honest capacity calculations, robust layouts and clear trade-offs – not only nice brochures.
Our Approach
We are very clear about how we work:
-
Engineering first, commercial second
We start from the process and the products: GSM, width, cycle times, quality level, workforce, building constraints.
Only after that we talk about machines, brands and commercial conditions. -
Selective customers
We prefer a small number of partners who are technically strong and serious about long-term competitiveness, instead of chasing dozens of one-off deals. -
Full-system thinking
We look at the entire system – line + auxiliaries + automation + air + data – not only one box in the corner. -
Transparency and realism
We avoid over-promising. If a target is unrealistic, we say so.
If we are not the right partner, we say that as well. -
Long-term cooperation
We are interested in how your line or cell runs after 3–5 years, not only on day one.
Many of our projects evolve over time with new products, upgrades and optimisation steps.
Who We Work With
We intentionally do not work with everyone.
Typical BNG ELDA partners are:
-
established manufacturers in nonwovens, hygiene, medical, filtration or metal processing
-
with in-house engineering and maintenance teams
-
clear investment or upgrade plans for the next 3–5 years
-
a willingness to discuss technical details, not just “price per machine”
If the main goal is to collect ten quotations and pick the lowest price, we are not a good fit.
If the goal is to build a robust, scalable and understandable system, then there may be a match.
Industries & Project Types
Over the years, BNG ELDA has contributed to projects in a variety of industries, including for example:
-
Nonwoven & hygiene – new lines, capacity upgrades, product–technology matching
-
Metalworking & fabrication – welding and cutting cells, CNC integration, process cameras
-
Textile & coating – air filtration, stenter/RAM exhaust concepts, process air
-
Process industries – special machinery, automation and clean-air solutions
In many cases we enter at a stage where the customer already has some equipment, but needs to re-think the architecture, improve reliability or prepare for a new generation of products.
Founder
BNG ELDA is led by Zafer Bülent KIZILYAR, an engineer with a strong background in:
-
robotic systems and multi-axis motion control
-
computer vision and camera-based process monitoring
-
nonwoven production concepts and investment studies
-
industrial air filtration and special-purpose machinery
Over many projects, he has worked closely with production, maintenance and management teams – from shop floor level to boardroom discussions.
This combination of hands-on experience and system-level thinking is reflected in how BNG ELDA approaches every new project:
pragmatic, transparent and focused on long-term performance rather than quick wins.
Is There a Good Fit?
If you feel that our way of working resonates with your team and your plans, the next step is simple:
-
share who you are
-
what you produce
-
what you want to achieve in the coming years
We will review your message and get back to you if we believe there is a solid basis for a serious engineering collaboration.
