  • CNC welding / cutting gantries with vision-guided paths generated from camera images.

What is SmartCamTurk?

SmartCamTurk is a platform for vision-guided automation and robotics.

1. Process & Requirements Review

  • We analyse your current welding / cutting / machining process.

  • We define what success looks like: cycle time, quality, flexibility, level of autonomy.

2. Concept Design

  • We propose a concept: type of robot or gantry, camera(s), sensors, fixtures, motion axes.

  • We estimate cycle times, takt time impact and integration effort.

3. Prototype & Validation

  • We build and test a prototype (virtual or physical), often starting with a limited set of parts.

  • We refine algorithms, calibration procedures and HMI based on real data.

4. Industrialisation & Support

  • We help you integrate the solution into your plant layout and safety concept.

  • We support tuning, updates and future expansions as your product mix evolves.
