​CL NONWOVEN –

Nonwoven Production Lines

Area: Nonwoven production lines (spunbond, spunmelt, meltblown)
Role: Core OEM for nonwoven line projects

CL NONWOVEN is one of the OEMs we work with for:

• Spunbond lines – S, SS, SSS

• Spunmelt lines – SMS, SMMS, SSMMS and hybrids

• Meltblown lines – filtration, sorbents and special applications

​

Together with our own engineering work, CL NONWOVEN’s technology is used in:

• feasibility studies for new nonwoven investments

• line configuration (width, GSM range, beam layout, auxiliaries)

• realistic capacity and product-mix modelling

BNG ELDA’s role is to translate the investor’s targets (markets, GSM, quality, capacity) into the right line concept and then align this with what CL NONWOVEN and other OEMs can deliver.

SmartCamTurk – In-House Vision & Robotics Platform

Area: Camera-based automation, robotics and process monitoring
Role: In-house technology platform

SmartCamTurk is our own platform for:

​

• vision-guided welding and cutting

• robotic cells and gantries with camera feedback

• CNC integration for path generation and correction

• process cameras for monitoring and data logging

​

Because SmartCamTurk is developed and controlled by BNG ELDA,

 

we can:

• adapt algorithms and HMIs to each project,

• integrate with different controllers (GRBL, PLCs, industrial robots),

• combine cameras with sensors (distance, temperature, light, LiDAR),

• support long-term maintenance and evolution of the solution.

For us, SmartCamTurk is not a product in a catalogue – it is a toolbox we use to build the right solution for the right customer.

Filtration & Auxiliary Equipment OEMs

Area: Filters, fans, chillers, compressors, heat exchangers and process auxiliaries
Role: Selected component suppliers into engineered systems

For industrial air and process projects, we cooperate with a limited group of OEMs providing:

​

• industrial filters (mechanical, electrostatic, cartridge, etc.)

• fans and blowers for different pressure and noise requirements

• chillers and cooling units for process and machine cooling

• compressors and air treatment modules

• heat exchangers and energy recovery components

 

We do not present ourselves as “the distributor of X or Y brand”.

 

Instead, we:

• choose the right OEM for each project,

• integrate their equipment into a complete engineered system, and

• always keep the overall performance (air quality + energy + maintenance) as the primary goal.
